Montclair Hospital Medical Center is a 102-bed acute care facility located in Montclair, California, offering a wide range of healthcare services to the Inland Empire area. Dr. Prem Reddy is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. He was awarded the honor of becoming a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (“FACC”) and a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians (“FACP”). During his 25 years of practice in the High Desert, Prem Reddy has been deeply committed to the service of his patients and has performed more than 5,000 cardiac procedures, including coronary angiography and angioplasty and permanent pacemaker implantations.
Montclair Hospital Medical Center was originally founded by a group of community physicians in 1973. The facility was later purchased by National Medical Enterprises. In August of 1994, Pacific Physicians Services, Inc. of Redlands, assumed ownership. In February 1996, ownership changed hands again when Med Partners of Birmingham, Alabama, a nationwide leader in the provision of physician-directed and patient-centered healthcare, purchased the entire PPS network. The facility changed ownership in January 2001 to AHMC, Inc. The last time our facility changed ownership was in July 2006 to its current operator Prime Healthcare Services, Inc. which was founded by Dr. Prem Reddy, M.D., Chairman of the Board. Prime Healthcare Services operates nine care hospitals, one among them is Montclair Hospital Medical Center.
